How To Win Against 3W-2DMC-3N-2?

Second time I am playing this team. For the first match I used 4-5-1 V-style and tied 2-2 with passing down the flanks, man-to-man coverage, team mentality attacking, and mixed passing style.

Does anyone think 3W-2DMC-3W-2 would work?

I would use 2 DC vs 2 ST

I should use this formation? Sorry for checking, just want to make sure I understand the best tactic to use.

My opponent has updated their formation, and a bit odd looking at that.

there are others too , like
use a 2nd DC instead of DMC
also set a MC instead of DMC.
I don't use arrows to my ST (afraid of offside trap)
Also you can try starting with defense/counter instead of attack.

Good advice on not using arrows for strikers, I'm going to tey it out. Game is about to start, I'll keep the current formation and change if necessary.

**UPDATE**
I won, final score was 2-0.
He changed his formation at halftime to 4-2DMC-2MC-1AMC-1ST and I adjusted mine to 4-1DMC-2ML/MR-1AMC-1ST
