his formation is 3-1-4-1-1
he is 20% better than me in QG
is there any chance to beat him?

3N or 3 narrow means he plays 3 DCs, whereas 3W means 3 wide, as in DL-DC-DR.

3w means wide, like DR+DC+DL, or AML,AMC,AMR.
