I just switched to this formation and after searching correct commands and arrows, I find out that everyone is using different settings basically

What are the correct commands and arrows for this formation? To beat strong same as the low opponent? What bonus att/def/poss/cond should I boosting?

What are your suggestions guys? PM for secrets

well, there is no "correct".
As I use it often, my orders are
defense/counter/from the flanks and the others normal-mix
Red arrows to my AML-AMR ,maybe a blue arrow to my DC.
but it's not standard, depending from oppo .
