Counter tactic and instructions for 4-1(DMC)-2(ML-MR)-1(AMC)-2(ST-ST)

I am thinking maybe a 4-5-1 V-Style?

You had better read through Formation and Tactics section.... There are many threads on WD....
It will save you sometime

Actually never tried this but 4-2-1-2w-1 works for me against narrow diamond and I don't see a reason it shouldn't work against wide diamond.
What did you end up playing and how did it go?

i need some help my friends.

My opponent's tactic is 4-1(DMC)-2(ML-MR)-1(AMC)-2(ST-ST) .

i want to counter tactic for him.Team's quality is same .

Wide diamond? ..... 3 1 4 2high press or 4 1 4 1 defense counter...

i played 3-1-4-2 and i won 4-2 .

I've seen a good 412w12 shut out twice over 2 seasons by a lower quality 451 flat.

4-1-2-1-2 ND . wide diamond is just like 4-4-2. beat it with narrow diamond everytime.
