if he lose he change to:

how to beat him?

his team is better 29.5 vs 31

If he's better i would play short passing to retain possession, Also mixed as he has all areas covered, Also he's weak in central midfield something to take advantage of. If he go's with three strikers then have at least 4 at the back.

You can play normal mentality, because it is obvious that he counterattacks. If you dont attack a lot, he doesnt counterattack
You also need a DMC becaus he may use long passes
