4-5-1 V, 4-4-2 ND
I would start the game with def/counter/ long pass

I've used the 4-5-1 with long passing and normal tackling.
After 4 minutes first yellow and penalty for my opponent 1-0.
After 17 minutes 2nd yellow -> red card.
Got behind 3-0, came back to 3-3 and then received my 2nd red card.
Last 6 minutes conceded 2 more goals (1 penalty).

Bad luck I guess.. :-)
