Newbie needs help with team ;)

I'm German and my English isn't the best, but i need help with my team

Formations & Tactics

That's my Team


That's the Team of my next Opponent


I would Counter it like that, is that okay?


Team & Transfers

That's my Money


And that's my Scouting List


Now I have some Questions:

How would you counter that?
What Formation should I Play for other matches?
On which Positions should I buy some Players?
Should I buy one of those Scouting Players, and which one?

My Team is one of the best in my league (League 1) but im on the 8th rank.

Please, can you give me so tipps?

You need at least 3 defenders, 2 midfielders (MC/ML/MR), 1 player on each side and 1 striker or your tactic will be illegal

I put one of those DC's on DR so it have to be legal now, right?
So which tactic should i use? Or do u have an other formation for me?
