Any good ideas againts 4141 ?

I played today against 4-1-4-1, and I used 3W-1-2-2-2 hex. His team was 10-12% weaker and I wasn't afraid of his attackers, so 3W-1- in def was enough. I won 4-1.
DMC in this formation helps with enemy counter-attacks.
Normal or Attack mentality, Flanks, Mixed passing style, c-atks off.
Low pressing style (opponent's % passes completed was terrible anyway), normal tackling, man-to-man marking style, offside trap off.
