When he (am) says, "Our opponent knows how to stop our CA, we need to find different tactics...."

In that case, as a manager what do you change, or what to do?

i dont hire him and i dont know him so i dont trust him. i dont normally check his comment even if i do i'll make my changes base on my decision. if my tactic fail i only have myself to blame.I am the manager i'm in control my AM is there becoz some idiot appoint him and his not qulified for the job. If i can i make him a ball boy. cheers✌

In general, the AM makes me think of those people who, whatever the opinion you express, defend the opposite. If you play CA, he suggests you to stop. If not, it's the other way round. Same thing with passing, pressing, tackling, etc...

It's a good middle attacking high pressing short passing formation. It might bring more goals vs certain teams, but teams that clog the middle will certainly beat you late in games after your squad tires.

I just feel tht my assistant manager always send me to lose , always giving me wrong message, if u don't believe u try if u turn off CA u will giving opponents score soon . I just feel tht this is the system setting to send you lose some game .
