I just finished a game against 4-3-3 with an equal opponent on an away game. I started 4-1-2-1-2 ND attacking mentality and until half time it was 0-0. I switched to 3-2dmc-3ml-mc-mr- 2( a formation i saw on youtube). And up until 75th minute it was 0-0. As soon as i switched to 4-1-4-1 normal mentality and forward arrows to ml and mr only, my team scored 3 goals and i won 0-3. I never actually liked 4-1-4-1 but its actually the only formation effective against 4-3-3 for me.
