Try formations that use the flanks mostly and have at least 4 defenders, such as 4-51 V, 4-1-4-1. Also, 3-1-3-2W-1 and 3-3-2W-2 could work, but I did not try them against 4-3-3 hence they are also offensive formations.
With 4-51 V and 4-1-4-1
Defensive or Normal Mentality
Low press
Through the both flanks
Long or mixed passes
Force counterattacks (if you lose the ball possession so much switch it off then if nothing changes again reswitch it on)
No offside trap
Normal or Hard tackling
Zonal marking (After 70 if you are losing or still drawn, may open man-to-man)
Up arrows on DR, DL, ML, MR (AML,AMR), down arrow on DMC if you play 4-5-1V
Good luck
