He is really strong at the back and with 7 scout players !!!

he didnt even showed up for the game :S
he have weak and defensive subs so i dont think he will change the formation.

i played the first game with 3-5-2 V style and with this orders:
attacking
both flanks
whole pitch
hard tackling
mixed passing
zonal
offside trap

try not to play with whole pitch.it will tire ur player more.
compare ur team and ur rival average quality.if the difference is 5.00 or more,use this.
usually i will use whole pitch if im in defensive/(normal but in attacking formation).

This is my suggestion;

attacking/normal,
mix pass
own half
normal tackling
mix pass
zonal
NO offside trap.
counter (if normal mentality)
.

put red arrow on ML&MR.blue on middle MC.

btw his average is only 1 below me.. but he 2 levels above me so he have like 3 realy strong players :S
