Thinking of either using 3_1_4_1_1 with a normal mentality focus passing down both flanks or a 4_5_1V style defensive with long ball and counter attack thanks for ur suggesstin

I have always used 3-1-2-3w-1 against this formation and I've always won. Try this if ur better go attacking and focus passing mixed.

I love using this formation:3_1_4_1_1 or 3_4_1_2 so far I've won games as I can win my opponent thru d middle or down both flanks but my concern is my opponent using three strikers and mine using just 3 DC'S and a DMC...need ur advise

3-1-4-1-1,
3-3W-2-1-1 (using dml,dmc and dmr), 5-1-2-1-1 ,i often use these last 2 formations when playing away, to support
3dc+dmc central defensive block vs opponent possession when situation requires.
Consider that dl-dml and dr-dmr are normally more suitable to counterattack strategy than ml and mr, as more skilled in defensive attributes
4-5-1 vstyle is good also,with DL and DR supporting 2dc +dmc, and aml+amr supporting st

Finished playing against 4_2_1_3 and it ended 1:1....I initially used a 3_1_4_1_1 and lost a goal down at half time switched formation to 4_5_1V style defensive down both flanks with passing to long ball force counter attack with whole pitch and scored d equaliser totally dominated d second half but my concern is d second leg at home which I think I'll stick to the 4_5_1 V style defensive formation

My opponent team quality is 44.3 playing a 4_4_2 classic and my quality is 48.3...thinking of using a 4_5_1V style or a 4_1_3_2 what do u think

If you want more attacking against 4-2-1-3 then try 3-5-2 v :)
About orders i use these:
Attacking orders:
Mentality:Attack
Passing Focus: laterally
Passing Style: Long Pass
Enforcement Counterattacks:Yes
Defense:
Pressure style: Gentle
Tackle Style:Relaxed
Marking style: in zones
Using artificial offside: Yes
Those are the the orders i personally use due to let players keep some of their quality stable for the upcoming matches :).

having my team highly trained allows me to win these gamesit seems
won cup 4-1 v a team 20% higher last season.
most formations have a weakness
his one just 1 MC no DMC
football is also a weak link sport remember folks

Just lost to dis weaker team in CL Semi Final.He used a 4_3_2W_1 and I used 3_2_2_2_1 attack since I was d better team interestingly he beat me 3_1 at his stadium,had all the possession better than his team had more shots but on target was poor due to not converting my chances also had good percentage of completed passes...I think I shuld havd used d same formation now I have to beat him at my stadium for second leg like four goals up.
The thing that baffles me d most is dat my team lost MAAAANNNY CHANCES that could make me win like 5 goal its just frustrating for me totally pissed up right now,and I've noticed any team that wins d first leg goes to d nxt stage even though he lost d second leg it's going to be like a slim margin goal like 2:1,3:2 or 1:1... need ud help guys
