all my 6 stars are 35 or 36 quality and my 7 star is 40 quality.

Formation which you use is fine. or but a 4-2-4 with AML and AMR, and two strikers

you have better team with versatile players. try 3dc/dml-dmc-dmr/aml-amc-amr/st. blue arrow to your dmc and red to your 4 side players and your amc. normal mentality, normal tackl, mixed passing, focus flanks, full area press, no trap, no counter. another formation is 3dc/dmc/ml-mc-mr/amc/2st. same tactics with blue arrow the dmc and red your ml/mr/amc.
