How to win it easily

Against both formations I would try to block the center (with a DMC) and attack over the wings.
Against the right system a motivated 4-1-4-1 or unmotivated 4-5-1V-style should fit.
Against the left system I would choose either 3N-1-4-2 (and play for possession) or 4-5-1 V-style and play for counters.

I would not expect easy wins, it also depends on what your opponent (arrows, mentality) and the match engine does.
