Blue arrow on striker and goalkeeper

I would like to know if there is any advantage by putting blue arrows on striker and goalkeepers.

In GK there is no effect.
In ST maybe but why to put an arrow in a ST.
He is there and his job is to score.
No blue or red arrow.

Thanks. I tought blue arrow on striker would make him reinforce the midfield(like messi under guardiola)
