Well, I would start with
3Dw-2DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-ST
or with 3Dw-2DMC-2MC-AMC-2ST if you have better players in those positions.
The key is 3W defender i think. I play against this formation with 3n-1-4-2: 4 - 4 home match. The defend system wasn't good.
And away match i has 1 red card at min 10. So i change 3w-1-2MC(Down)-2w-1 and win 2 - 0
