Counter for 3W-4-1-2?

To give some ore context, that was FA game, both legs I used 4-1-2-1-2 ND. My team rating was 80% vs 90% of opponent.

Lost first game 0-1 at home, and second game 1-3 away.

I reckon his AMC was the differential, 8* player. My DMC was 5*

He also had 3 fans, and I had 1 fan watching the game.

For strategy I used

Mentality: Attacking
Passing: Through the Middle
Passing style: mixed
Force counter attacks: Off

Pressing: High
Tackling: Normal
Marking: Zonal
Offside trap: Off
