    How to beat 3-2-3-2?

What is the best formation and strategy to beat 3N-2W-3N-2? (DC-DC-DML-DMR-MC-MC-MC-ST-ST)

I was thinking 4-4-2 Normal, Both Flanks, Short, No Counter, No Offside, High Pressing, Zonal, Normal Tacklingž

My opponent is the same quality as me.

    Opinions, suggestions?

I see more and more of these formations these days. I would attack from the centre 4-1-2-1-2ND? Or 4-3MC-1-2?

I've just returned to TopEleven after 2-3y of absence. My club's formations was also set to 3-2-3-2. So I'd assume the Engine sets this formation automatically to all inactive players. Just a thought.

He is going to attack through the middle. And he has his flanks covered.
So, I'd defend the center, build strong presence in the midfield and attack through the middle as he does.
3n-1-4-1-1 or 3n-1-4-2. Or even 3n-2n-4-1 (use Long passes with this).
High pressing usually helps with this tactics. Man-to-man may fail, use zonal.
    It wasn't our day.
