counter 4-3w -1-2

How could I counter this formation?
Im 117 he is 107, in our first match in league result was 1 1 and I played 442. It was at my ground.

Is 3n 4 1 2 good for counter. I red that 442nd is good but I have wingers at 130 and 128 and i would be weaker with that setup.

I'm playing against the same formation tonight. Like you I'm 10% stronger. I'm stuck between the 3N-1-4-2 and the 4-5-1V. Think I might go for the 3N-1-4-2 and if it's not looking good I'll switch to the 4-5-1V. Good luck! Hope this helps

I used defensive, high press man to man and counter on. I played it out using the 3N-1-4-2 and drew 1-1. Got very unlucky considering I had 56% possession and twice as many shots on target. But the formation worked

I usually play this with 4-4-2ND. It's never a walk but I can't remember a loss. Provided the quality difference, that should do.
