You could try 4 2DMC 3w attacking mid (amr, aml, AMC) 1 ST. Attacking, Counterattack's on.

I play 4411 almost always, that is the closest to a "counter formation" I've played against.

Personally against 4411 I play 4411, high, defensive, counters on, normal, zonal, mix, mix. Down arrow on dc or up on flank defenders can be OK.
