Quick help needed!

So today, in CUP, I will have a match against very very strange (invalid) formation 3N-1-2N-1-3
So they do not have a single soul on the wings. Usually I wouldn't be afraid of this formation, but I can see that this team has eliminated active team with 4-1-2W-1-2 from the CUP. I'm playing 4-1-4-1.

As you can see this strange formation has a decent win rate and team quality is 5% higher than mine. My DMC and DR players both have DC also - which one I should move to DC position? Also, how would you play aginst such oposition? I'm planing to move my DR to DC and leave DL in place, so my formation is still 4-1-4-1. And I'm planing to be defensive with counters through both flanks and long passes.
