Beating 3N-2W-1-2W-2 -- UnseenTactics, Yo!

Hello i will have a match with a very strong bastard (6-8% more than me) using unseen tactics (not found threads via google or the tactics guide here).

He will use 3N-2W-1-2W-2.




Ideas how to beat him? Almost all his players are like a bit better than mine (half star) except his DC's.

Thought it was an obvious one but just been beaten (for my first loss of the season) by this (slightly weaker team) with 4-4-2ND. Never took control of the game in spite of my overall domination (17 shots to 12). Bad day or pattern ?
