If you mean the arrows, Up means the player will press forward more in their position and Down means they will be more defensive in their position.

If I have two ST, one up and second fix, it's mean the first ST assisst the ST fix ?

I'm not sure about how the player reacts with his colleague, I guess he would just press up or drop back depending on the arrow direction. I think you're over-thinking how the arrows work.
