Please help me in beating this ultra offensive tactic!

I need help in how to beat this 4-3w-2n-1 offensive tactic.
I am thinking about using the exact same tactics myself, as that would let me exploit the area between his midfield and defense. But I want to use one DM and just one OCM instead of his two. Perhaps I could use 3 defenders instead of 4 since he has only one attacker?

Are there any other formations you think could counter this one well?


Also, what kind of team orders to use?

iam not specialist but i will use 4141

4-4-2 wide diamond. blue arrow to the dmc, red to ml/mr/amc. normal mentality, normal tackl, mixed passing, mixed focus, full area, no trap, no counter.

maybe he has a 4 star team and he played against a world class team. in this case i will feel a little less guilty. but 5 goals is too much. i don't get it. the fact is that using 2 amc and a striker is not so offensive as the the title of the thread insists. the 4-4-2 wide diamond is equaly offensive and maybe more. it is outnumbered in the center (3 central players against 2) but attacking with amc and 2 strikers against 2 dc should have made more damage.
