Orders to 442 Wide diamond ?

Which orders should i give my 442 wide diamond? This is my new tactic...
how to play with better teams and how to play with worse? ;/ red/blue arrow etc.
I'm 22 level now, and have too much teams with better overals (me 127.6, other 129,130, max 131)
