How to counter 3-2-3-1-1 (Last title deciding match) PLS

His formation is
DL DC DR
DMC DMC
ML MC MR
CAM
ST

I also used the same formation during this season with generally good results. I lost the cup final 2-1 against same guy I'm facing today.
I won 3-1 in the first stage but I can't risk.

What is the safest way to counter this

4 1dmc 3n 2 or if your dc and dmc are better than his amc st, try 3w 1 4 2

Thx my DC and DCM's are better than his amc but his striker is better. Most of his goals come from the flanks so I think I should play "through the middle, short pass" . A positive note is his starting DC has a red card and wont play (he was MOM in the final). He only has a 98 rated DC and my 128 rated striker and my 116 rated amc (whom I will play as a ST , I cant trust my 100 rated reserve ST he was bad this season) can trouble them.
