Have anyone come across this asymmetric formation and how are you going to counter it?

This formation seems to have a strong attack with 3AM however very weak in MC since there is only 1 real MC support by a DMC.

I am thinking of classic 4-4-2 or 4-5-1V or 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly. Any other idea?
