How to beat this weird formation

My team is on par with him.
My 3 best players are 2 STs and MC.
His best plaers are LB and DMR
He lost to this formation 5-2 away before but I played him away so I don't know whether it would affect or not.


I just want to score as much as possible and I don't care about the goal difference. (To climb U23 leaderboard)
PS. all my player are U23s.

I'm thinking of ND too. Which orders should I set? def/counter thru middle? I'm watching him playing and seems like he atk on flanks

If you play at home : normal , middle, short,
away: def/counter,middle, mixed
and check the assistant , some times gives you useful tips.
