    Arrows on players

    What does the bigger arrows not the morale arrow. (The one that appears when you click the player and shows up or down or disappears) on players in the squad tactics menu indicate?
    My 11th season and I still set it anyhow without knowing what it means...

    Nick is right. If you read from point nr. 3 you'll have a kind of explanation about using of those arrows. They're used to "motivate" players
