it depends on your team. I dont know your players' quality, but if i was in you i would play aganist him with 3 defender, offside trap and attacking mentality. This is because he hasnt AMC/R/L and offside trap will works fine if you put only 3def. If your players arent so good, and his quality is better then yours, try this formation 4-5-1 V style

you should play with only 3 central defenders, because all of his attacking players are in the middle, you shouldn't worry about the flanks
but you should put your midfielders on the flanks, because that is his weak points
play with an AML/ML and AMR/MR, depending on which one you have in the team, with red arrows on both of them
I would play with only 1 striker
the formation jos nixos gave you is your best shot, if you don't have a DMC you can always play with 3 MC's
