Breaking super defensive 3-3-2-2

I wonder how to break this defense, posting in behalf of my friend Baku Storm :P Would a 4-2-3-1 work? (2 mc, aml/r/c)

i would not use AM's its no use but u got no option but to attack VIA flanks
so go 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 or -3-4-3 any flank formation with no AM's but try to use 2ST of curse place red arrows on ML/MR
i would prolly go 4-4-2 attacking-flanks-short/mixed-zonal or 3-4-3 attack full pitch flanks short zonal offside trap
Obviously you must tweak orders in mid game but do not change to much the formation for its useless and sometimes a bad idea

I went 3-3N-3W-1 with red arrows on the AMs and man to man marking. Having better quality AMs compared to his DMs, i won 6-0 but thanks for the reply!

It's quite a defensive unit.

3-6-1 V or 3-5-2 v.. As told by a very experienced user, I played against a team 3 levels higher and drew the home leg 0-0 and lost 4-2 in the second leg. These are good results against a much better team so yeah... I reckon you should go for the attacking since all he's doing is sitting back and there's no point having much in the way of defence if your players can handle it

Ya i went offensive/short passing, but i avoided the offside trap and the arrows on my 4 back, trying to avoid any long ball feed counter tactic.
