I try 4-5-1 v but i lose 3:1

for tactics :
Attacking
Mixed or down the middle
Mixed on first half if it bad change it to Long '(i prefer long passes )
Hard tackliing
Counter A : OFF
OFFSIDE T : OFF
Man To Man Marking : ON

Arrows:
BLUE ARROWS On : All Your defenders .... - For Dmc if he has a bad note on first half Put a blue arrow on him
Red arrow on Amc and Strikers
