Match Preview - How updated?

Hi guys,

How recent is the squad preview? I know for my team it updates straight away showing my changes on the VS preview, but can opponent see that?

Likewise, if I am preparing for a Champions League match, I had created a counter - would my opponent see this in his game preview or would he only see the formation that I had in the last game?
