Having a bad season

Please Managers I need your help. I am having a bad season. I have a team good enough to compete for titles but the results am getting lately is just so annoying. I lose or draw against teams better and I am better than. Please help me with formation, arrows and orders to help revive my season. I love this game and quitting is not an option for me.
