    Question how to beat 3-3-1-2-1?

    extremely odd formation, I am 109% he is 96%, but these will decide who will go top of the league by 3 points...

    his lineup:

    DC DC DC
    DMR DMC DML
    MC
    AMR AML
    ST

    please tell me what mentality to use, arrows etc...

    It seems, he play defensive with counter attack. I prefer for full attack. Can i see all your players?

    That's almost a butterfly formation, obviously he is playing defense so u should add as many players as possible at his side of field and play high press with 4 defenders
    If i was playing i would use 4-1mc-3w-2 blue arrow on both central defenders, normal ment, mixed passes and focus, high press with hard tackle and counter, offside on.
    If u r losing long balls, have low passes completed percentage or ur assistant says ur counter is not working then turn counter off and play short passes. That's my personal opinion I'm not an expert xD. Still, hope i helped and good luck
