How to beat 4-2-3W-1 ? need advice pls

Hello,
I'm playing a slighter better team in the final of the champions league
We were in the same group in the first round, twice we ended the game in a draw.

I uploaded pictures of my squad and his squad. My team is Arsenal, his team is Newpie

He plays 4-2-3W-1.
I saw in the counter formations thread that the best is to play 4-4-2 classic
In the previous 2 games against him i played in a 4-1-3W-1-1 and I managed to finish in 2 draw results.

I played with this formation because i have only 1 good MC, So I played with an DMC and 1 AMC in stead of a ST.
But I could put my AMC as an MC, I already did that before.

Any suggestions how which formation i should play with my squad ? What orders should i put?
should i play counter attacks?
