Why are tokens cheaper on friends device?

Hi, I have been playing top eleven for a few month now and put a bit of money into it. Today my friend was having a look around my team and noticed that my tokens where £9.99 for 80 and his was £7.99 for 80. I didn't believe him until he sent me the picture.

Can anyone tell me why this is? I feel like I've been getting ripped off
