    asymmetric 4-3-3

    Hi,

My next opponent uses 4-3-1-2 asymmetric formation:

    ST-ST-ST
    MC-MC-MC
    DL-DC-DC-DC

What do you think? How to play? I am thinking about 4-1-4-1 formation. Our teams are of equal level.

    Thanks!

only one wing player on the left = illegal formation

you'll get 80% possesion, no matter what tactic you play, you'll win 99%

I'm pretty sure having a wing player on one side is not illegal:

It says 1 or 2 wing players

Maybe you could try countering w/ another asymmetric formation, like a 5-2-1AMR-2:

    ----ST---ST----
    AML-------------
    ----MC---MC---
    DL-DC-DC-DC-DR
    With up arrow on DL.

This will allow you to attack their weak right(your left) side.

I played 4-5-1 V-Style first half (1:1) and second half I played 3N-1-4-2 (2:2). I played home and I had 80% ball possession. Today i need to win so I am thinking about 4-3-3 and play offensive.

    4-3N-3 was perfect, I won 5:0.
