Little guide and help

Well i i will force this guy in a 2 days at cup sf i would like to hear some guides, please.
This is my formation at the moment:

And this is his formation and players:



And by the way i am right now using attacking with mixed passes and with offside on, and i have been looking few of his games and from what i can see he is playing with high pressure and attacking too

2% difference count as equal and your oppo using counter formation.

Your 3w-2-2w-1-2 can be countered 3w-5-2v or 3w-4-2

I must say I always like playing teams in your formation , that big hole between defenders and mids is just asking for a fast AMC to tear you apart , just the man I have in my team.
I prefer to concede a little ball in midfield so I play a back 3 with a DMC in front to plug that hole.

So, what i should do, add one DMC or?

yes, I would put a DMC (instead of the 2nd ST) to prevent my defense from those AMs.

Just what tactis should i play i have put normal with short passes and high pressure, what to change?

mix , not short pass.
I would start with def/counters/ mix

if your center is strong ,i myself attack through middle,works well as flankers seem to score more too
