special ability goalkeeper: one on one stopper versus penalty stopper

What would you choose as special ability for a goalkeeper:
one on one stopper versus penalty stopper

I'm planning to powertrain a young talent with one of those but what would be best?

I've already had both specialties and do not think that they look better with it.
no penalty had my goalie stopped and in a man-to-man situation was always the goal

Last year I had a 6* gk with 1to1 sa

For the whole year, every time the system wrote "the ST is one to one with the GK", the seconde sentence was "he pass the ball to the other st, goal!"

One on One stopper is the obvious choice here because its not often you will be faced with penalties in comparison.

One on one stoper is better.

I had both before and they sucked. my GK for the last 2 seasons has none of the abilities yet he makes a lot of saves and also saved couple of penalties.. but to choose one, I'd choose one-on-one stopper for the same reason as July.
