Best Formation Ever?

I am currently using this:

Works semi good, but is there any other good formations wich can beat the standard ones
4-4-2
4-1-2-1-2
4-3-3
and so on...
I am level 12 now, and could you maybe also share your settings for the formation?
Would be great since im starting to loose =/

It's whatever works for you the most based on your best 11.

4-5-1 v is effective if you know how to use it but lacks wing defence so that's the main problem

Play down both flanks passing

4-4-2 Diamond is good for countering the formation that's weak in middle. 4-5-1 V-style is good for the formation that's weak in flank.

PS. Change formation too often affect the performance of your team.

I never changed it and I had succes

There are players that change the formation at every game ,depending of the opponent formation, and had succes

So it's hard to get an answer
