I have my team overall strength as 98% and opponent with 91% he is almost unbeaten in his cup,champions league and league... he plays with the formation of 4-3(w)-1-2

With this you'll control midfield and stop his ML and Mr from attacking through wings

3-5-2 can be beaten by long balls easily, with w/e formation.

I would suggest 4-3n-2w-1
You will control midfield since he has only 1 MC. Your AMR/AML if are good and fast can stop his ML/MR, if you place them more near midfield rather than near ST.

Low, normal, zonal, off.
