vs. 3W-4-1-2 i play with 3-5-2. LM/RM up arrow, midle CM down arrow.

    ----ST--ST---
    LM-CM-CM-CM-RM
    ---DC-DC-DC---

    Defensive
    Both flangs
    Our area
    Lighter
    Long passes
    Personal
    >Counter attack

Almost the whole match, I had an advantage in knowing the ball. Except change, another tactical I have not changed. My opponent after my goal changed the formation to 3-4-3 and although my preference able to score 2 goals.

4-5-1 V-style (4 DC, 1 DMC , 2 MC, AML, AMR and ST) if you have wingers or 4-1(DMC)-2(MC)-3ST if you have 3 strikers.

common orders: mentality defensive, force counter attack, pressing in own half, no offside trap, marking zonal

specific orders for 4-5-1 V style: passing mixed or long, focus on the flanks
specific orders for 4-1-2-3: passing long, focus through the middle

    but i prefer 4-5-1V Style

Thanks for the information tuturicu. It is probably the orders and the AMC of the opponent that caused you problems. Orders are very important.

Good but you must try other formation most attacking.

I am playing against the same formation at home in a cup match in an hour. opponent is stronger than me. I 'll play 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond and I will keep you posted of the result.

The most important Thing is to Counter his orders and not his Players. by using zonal marking all the opponents Player will be marked. you can Play all what you want. but if you feel his amc get to much space, you can still use a dmc or one mc more.
