Any good advice for playing against this odd formation? Never come across it before...

Now usually I wouldn't ask advice on something like this but the team I am playing is much better quality than mine, obviously I should attack down the wings and dominate midfield, but what recommendations can anyone give on counter formation and orders?

Atm I've plumped for my reliable old 4-5-1V with red arrows on AML/AMR/DL/DR and a blue arrow on my DMC. Attacking mentality down the wings...
