how to beat a 4-1-3-2

how do i beat this guy? i am usually playing a 4-4-2 but eventhough i am about 4 points stronger than him i lost at my stadium 2-3! oO
how should i face him? its in the cup, so really want to win :/ and should easily be able to...

3N-1-4-2 , normal, both flanks , whole pitch, mixed pass, normal tackle, zonal, no counter, offside on

red arrows on ML and MR, blue arrow on central DC
