How to beat this bizarre tactic?

Very Important match for me in the CUP, first match I'm lost 1-3 at home in the first leg, so i need to win.

His quality 32* a my quality 36,2*.

I still prefer the tactics explained 4-4-2 classic, or 4-5-1 or 3-4-3.

you need a formation with middle attack. i think 3-4-3 will work very good.

Thank you for your idea, but I have just one question. How can I rightly divide arrows at individual positions and team mentality (defensive, normal or attack) and passing style (short, long or mixed). Thanks again
