Counter 3W-4-3 offensive

Its my first post on this forum ... so I want first to thank all the people how give so much advices (I read lot of guides).

I get my first difficult game for this season : I'm better than my opponent (17.5 against 15.3) but I get 1-1 in my stadium, against this tactic :

3W - 2 MC - 2 AM L/R - 3 ST

I usually play 4-4-2 classic. I tried 4-1-2-1-2 wide in second half, but no good result for me. I don't have good DMC and AMC

Can you give me an advice pour the second leg

- I don't have any AM L/R at all

Can you think I could find a tactic to beat this 3-4-3 ?

he has 3 strikers... so you need minimum 4 defenders

you can try 4-5-1 flat , with red arrows on MR/ML and DR/DL and blue arrow on the centre MC , defensive with counter
