    Best settings for 3-1-4-2

    Hello,

I'm level 3, quoted 22, and i would like to improve my tactic.

For 2 seasons, I have used defensive mentality, short &mixed orientation passes and counter attack with good results in league (both champion) - no red narrow only blue narrow on MC in order to keep an intensive midfield and not leave overflowing flanks.

Seen as 3-1-4-2 can be used for attacking mentality, is it better to play both flanks with red narrow on ML & MR and mixed passes or just apply red narrow on players which attack weaknesses of my opponent?

    Thanx for your advices

3 narrow or wide? 3n-1-4-2 is a balanced tactic so you can either play normal mentality, own half, both flanks, normal tackling, long passing or attackive, whole pitch, both flanks, normal tackling, short or mixed. Make sure you watch your matches and have a plan b as 3 narrow centre backs can be countered down wings.
