Tactics 4-2-3-1

Hi all
I am currently playing a 4-2-3-1 system
2x DC / 1x DL / 1x DR
2x MC
1x AML / 1x AMC / 1x AMR
1x ST

my best player is AML (19yo 7*) DL is also very good with 6.5* - right wing is not to shaby with 5.8* and striker has 6.6*

my tactics right now is following
offensiv / both sides / short / off
strong / normal / area coverage / on

does that work well? i have an overall teamranking of 150.6 102% at lvl 26

i have been crushed at home (1-4) against a slight worse team 148 (91.4%)

is there any tactics that i should optimize?

Sometimes when the opponent is strong, you can do man-to-man to make sure they can't score lots of goals.
